Job summary

Cardiovascular Research Foundation in New York, NY, seeks a Manager, Scientific Programs to oversee faculty engagement and program content for CRF conferences, symposia, and workshops. The role reports to the Director, Program Development and partners with the Call for Science team to ensure timely, professional handling of inquiries and end-to-end CFS management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Demonstrated experience working with physicians and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); experience with databases preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Availability to travel 3–5 times per year, including one extended 7-day trip.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program contact for assigned meetings, coordinating with course directors on planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of content.
• Coordinate all faculty communications, scheduling, reminders, and post-conference follow-up.
• Address faculty inquiries related to registration, housing, travel, honoraria, and presentation requirements.
• Provide onsite program management, including faculty logistics and real-time agenda updates.
