Job summary

Parexel is seeking a project-focused professional with a strong science background to support Investigator Studies Program operations. This is a remote role with occasional travel, interacting across stakeholders to advance the TA's scientific and medical affairs strategy.

You will coordinate Congress Operations and contribute to strategic planning for their TA, leveraging Microsoft Office tools and database proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience in internal or external scientific research operations.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills
• Resilience, collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate across divisions
• Ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders
• Research database proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
