Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Project Manager with a strong science background for a remote role with occasional travel. The role focuses on managing operations of the Investigator Studies Program and Congress Operations within the Therapeutic Area, coordinating across divisions and engaging with stakeholders to support scientific strategies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in pharma or healthcare operations, solid leadership and MS Office skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience in internal or external scientific research operations.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills.
• Resilience, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate across divisions.
• Ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders.
• Research database proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
