• A strong understanding of clinical evidence and the ability to communicate complex scientific information effectively.
• Experience with scientific content, medical education, publications, congress activities or advisory boards.
• The ability to engage confidently with clients, KOLs and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience collaborating with international teams across different time zones.
• Experience working across various therapeutic areas areas.

Medical Communications | Medical Affairs | US Remote

We’re partnering with an established healthcare communications agency to appoint a Scientific Director to support the continued growth of its US team. This is an opportunity to take on a strategic scientific leadership role, work closely with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality Medical Affairs programmes.

As Scientific Director, you’ll provide scientific and strategic leadership across a range of Medical Affairs communications programmes, translating complex clinical evidence into clear, engaging and scientifically robust content. You’ll work closely with clients, healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams, helping shape scientific strategy while supporting the development of the growing US team.

Key responsibilities include:
