Within this team, Scientific Director ensures the delivery of high‑quality scientific content across a broad range of medical communications projects.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Scientific Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high‑quality scientific content—both by developing it yourself and by overseeing, briefing, and reviewing work from other writers, including freelancers
• Acting as the scientific expert on assigned accounts—understanding the therapeutic landscape and scientific data and offering high‑level scientific insight and guidance
• Building strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor
• Leading discussions with healthcare professionals and thought leaders with confidence
• Contributing to the scientific strategy on assigned accounts to develop impactful medical affairs programs
• Playing an active role in business development—contributing to proposals and pitches and proactively identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
• Mentoring and managing medical writers as the team continues to grow

We believe a strong interest in science and a passion for medical communications would make you a great fit for this position, along with the following:

• An undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific field is required; an advanced degree or PhD is a plus
• Prior experience at a medical communications agency, with a background in medical writing
• A strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate closely with colleagues and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
