Who You Are

You are a strategic, analytically minded professional passionate about connecting scientific insights with cutting-edge technology. You excel in collaborating with scientists, product managers, and engineers to turn complex scientific data into actionable insights.

With deep domain expertise in drug discovery/preclinical development, CMC, or Quality, you are adept at identifying innovative use cases that leverage AI and machine learning. Your ability to engage both scientists and business leaders makes you vital in maximizing scientific data value.

You are a high-speed, forward-thinking individual with a passion for developing requirements for complex solutions aimed at R&D and Quality teams in Life Sciences. Embodying principles of extreme ownership and deriving maximum value from data through enrichment, analysis, and AI integration are key traits.

This role demands extreme self-discipline and determination as we build a category that will transform the life science industry forever.

Requirements
What You Have Done
  • PhD with 15+ years of industry experience in life sciences, with extensive knowledge in drug discovery, preclinical development, CMC, or product quality testing
  • Proven success in defining and implementing AI/ML-driven use cases in product environments
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and scientific stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in exploratory data analysis and workflow optimization to enable new scientific outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences, from scientists to executives
  • Advising scientists in consulting roles to enhance research, development, and quality testing
What You Will Do
  • Explore customer datasets to identify gaps, enrichment opportunities, and AI-readiness
  • Work with customers to define, iterate, and refine AI/ML scientific use cases
  • Interview scientists and guide data expansion and utilization for AI applications
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and define data transformations for AI/ML use cases
  • Create workflow diagrams, process maps, ERDs, and ontology definitions
  • Provide feedback on AI/ML models to improve scientific outcomes and product offerings
  • Conduct technical demos, showcase AI applications, and promote adoption
  • Suggest experiments or data strategies to enhance customer insights and outcomes
