Job summary

Everwell Health Company in Saddle Brook, NJ seeks a Scientific Affairs Manager to transform scientific evidence into compelling, commercially relevant communications for our ingredient portfolio.

You will partner with Marketing and Sales, review literature, and assist in preclinical/clinical planning, communicating complex science clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline is required; PhD is a plus.
• 3–5+ years of experience in scientific affairs, medical communications, or related fields.
• Experience translating evidence into claims, presentations, or marketing materials is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements and functional foods is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate scientific evidence into accurate, commercially relevant claims.
• Support development and substantiation of ingredient claims and regulatory filings.
• Review literature and study results for quality and applicability to ingredients.
• Prepare scientific materials and educate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Present scientific rationale and evidence to customers at meetings and events.
