• Promote critical, creative, and evaluative thinking through instruction.
• Adapt instructional strategies to reflect students' culture, learning styles, and needs.
• Maintain records and adhere to district regulations and ethics.
• Provide positive learning environment supporting intellectual, personal, and social development.
• Demonstrate knowledge of subject matter.
• Establish classroom management to engage students in learning and collaboration.
• Plan, align, implement, and evaluate instruction and assessment in varied environments.
• Collaborate with peers, parents, and community for student growth.

• Complete required LEP training if assigned.
• Keep school records and reports as required by law and district.
• Manage school property and report to principal or district.
