Qualifications

• Current Teacher Certificate appropriate for science & grade level to be assigned.
• Teacher 1, 71281, must also have a bachelor’s degree or less.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students at Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility (CJCF) in academic Science programs and develop lesson plans.
• Assess student progress and update records; counsel students on academic and behavioral progress.
• Care for and maintain classroom equipment; prepare budget proposals and requisition educational resources; maintain inventories and records.
• Attend meetings and participate in professional development activities.
