Envision Education seeks Science Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year.

Potential $5,000 signing bonus, $3,500 supplement for MA, and $5,000 supplement for San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and adapt lesson and unit plans aligned with network curriculum.
  • Participate in professional development and coaching.
  • Create a sense of community and belonging in the classroom.
  • Use student data to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
  • Serve as an advisor and teach advisory curriculum.
  • Collaborate with grade level and department teams.
  • Build strong relationships with families.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree.
  • Valid California Teaching Credential or out-of-state equivalent with transfer ability.
  • Experience working with parents and families, especially Black, African American, Latine/a/o/x, and immigrant families.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary ranges from $63,672 to $107,546, depending on experience and credentials.

Additional Supplements:

  • Special Education: $5,000
  • Second Credential: $500
  • Master's Degree: $3,500
  • Doctorate: $2,000
  • Board Certification: $5,000
  • Lead Learning Specialist (SPED): $10,000

Leadership stipends and benefits include:

  • Instructional Lead Team: $5,000
  • Grade Level Lead Team: $5,000
  • Summer Professional Development: $250/day
