• Serve as an expert within the unit or department based on an abroad level of knowledge and skill.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to other library staff in their area of expertise.
• Stay apprised of new developments and trends in various operational areas to foster more effective delivery of resources or services.
• Establish relationships and communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the department and the JH libraries, lending expertise to JH libraries’ special interest and other collaborative groups and efforts.
