• Help teachers integrate Engineering Design into science to connect inquiry with real-world problems.
• Collaborate with district administrators and coaches to ensure cohesive science instruction across K-8.
• Partner on interdisciplinary projects that mix science with math, literacy, and technology.
• Analyze assessment data to inform instructional decisions and monitor student progress.
• Provide on-site support through Student Centered Coaching cycles, including modeling instruction and team teaching.
• Develop and maintain records related to coaching, assessments, and professional development.
