Wayzata Public Schools ISD 284 is seeking a stipend-based Science Bowl facilitator for East Middle School. The role supports after-school activities, guiding students through Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth and Space, Energy and Math questions, and organizing competition details.

The position runs ASAP through early February with a post-season nationals at end of April, meeting once a week after school for about one hour at East Middle School. Selection is internal first; stipend is $1,258.

Description of activity:A competitive event in which students are quizzed on multiple choice and short answer questions in the categories of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth and Space, Energy and Math. For general information, visit the Minnesota Regional Science Bowl website .

Length of season:ASAP through early February; post-season nationals at end of April.

Meeting times:Once a week after school for 1 hour (approximately)

Selection Procedure: Position is open only to WEA employees through DATE.If no internal candidates are selected, external candidates will be considered. Position will remain open until filled.
