We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Morning Floater to join our early childhood education team. This is a key position that supports classrooms across all age groups—from infants to Pre-K—ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care throughout the morning hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support in classrooms across all age groups as needed

Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members

Step in confidently and adapt quickly to changing classroom needs

Ideal Candidate: ️ Has experience working with children from infancy through Pre-K ️ Flexible, dependable, and consistent in attendance and attitude ️ A fast learner who can adapt to different classrooms and routines ️ A team player who is kind, professional, and collaborative ️ Passionate about early childhood education and child development

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday

6:30 AM to 2:00 PM
