Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a school counselor preferred.
• Knowledge of SEL frameworks and curriculum implementation.
• Ability to analyze data and monitor program effectiveness.
• Ability to plan and facilitate staff professional learning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor implementation of the division’s SEL curriculum.
• Conduct observations, review data, and gather feedback for effective delivery.
• Collect and report SEL data to measure impact and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate SEL into instruction and initiatives.
• Coordinate targeted professional learning and resources for SEL.
• Serve as a resource to teachers on SEL practices and materials.
• Support family and community engagement related to SEL.
• Assist in planning a division-wide SEL community event.
• Participate in meetings and planning sessions related to SEL.
• Perform other duties related to SEL as assigned.
