Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Schedule : Approximately 2530 hours per week

Caseload : K12 students (primarily elementary)

Our partner school district is expanding virtual services with VOCO and is seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to serve a K12 caseload, mostly elementary students. This is an opportunity to help shape virtual therapy programs from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual SLP, you will :

Conduct Assessments : Perform comprehensive virtual speech and language evaluations.

Develop Treatment Plans : Write and update IEPs tailored to individual student needs.

Provide Therapy : Deliver engaging virtual speech therapy sessions focused on elementary students.

Collaborate : Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all therapy sessions.

Attend Meetings : Participate in IEP meetings and other student support meetings via teleconference.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have :

Licensure : Active state licensure as an SLP.

Experience : Experience providing virtual speech therapy is required.

Skills : Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Technology : A personal computer with reliable internet; tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted.

Hours : Approximately 2530 hours per week, flexible scheduling.

Caseload : Primarily elementary students within a K12 framework.

Platform : Secure teletherapy platform provided by the school district.

Support : Access to clinical supervision and technical support.

Hourly Rate : Competitive, based on experience.

Contract Type : 1099 contract with flexible remote work arrangements.

Support : Ongoing clinical and technical support provided.

Resources : Comprehensive digital therapy materials and assessment tools.
