ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students' behavioral development within an educational setting. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1+ years of Behavior Specialist experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
2. Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions based on student needs.
3. Maintain detailed records and collect data on student progress.
4. Collaborate with school personnel, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
5. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Prior experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
