Job Overview:

• Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School Setting
• Location: Hattiesburg, MS
• Start Date: Immediate (Ongoing School Year)
• Schedule: Full-Time | W-2 Position
• Pay Rate: $25 - $35+/hour (Based on experience)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly, consistent pay schedule
• Caseload: Discussed during interview, tailored to your experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group behavior interventions aligned with individualized behavior plans
• Work closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support student progress in behavioral, academic, and social-emotional areas
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and therapy professionals to support student goals
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection
