Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in a school setting, providing behavioral support to students. This role involves collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans and support students' academic and social success.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct one-on-one or small-group behavior support to students.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to incorporate behavioral strategies into classroom activities.
  • Assist students in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Participate in meetings and training to discuss student progress and refine intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Active RBT certification required.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
