Overview: We are looking for a dedicated & compassionate School-Based Clinical Intake Specialist to join our team! This role plays a key part in managing the intake process for students, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with educational & mental health regulations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial assessments & gather comprehensive intake info from students & families.
2. Complete & maintain intake documentation in line with state regulations & policies.
3. Collaborate with school staff & clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions.
4. Assist students & families in understanding the intake process & addressing concerns.
5. Utilize telehealth platforms for flexible intake sessions.
6. Maintain confidentiality & ethical standards in all interactions.
7. Provide mentorship & supervision to licensed interns, fostering their professional development.
8. Participate in ongoing training & professional development to stay current in school-based mental health.

Qualifications:

1. Active Ohio License (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) OR currently enrolled intern in a counseling/social work program.
2. Experience in school-based or clinical settings, especially in intake or assessments.
3. Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, especially with children & families.
5. Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a school environment.
6. Familiarity with EHR systems & telehealth technology is a plus!
