Job summary

The Goddard School of Pasadena, MD is seeking a dynamic lead teacher for our Pasadena location. The role focuses on establishing a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment for school-age children while delivering engaging lessons and activities.

We require 21+ years, 45 Hour School-Age College Course, and Growth and Development training, with a willingness to work flexible hours in a full- or part-time schedule. A daily 14-passenger bus task is part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must complete 45 Hour School-Age College Course.
• Must complete 45 Hour Growth and Development.
• Pass background check and driving record review.
• Flexible hours and part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking dynamic lead teachers for our Pasadena location. Candidates should have an outgoing personality and thrive in a lively environment filled with young children and families. A School-Age teacher at The Goddard School is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment. They should also be creative, flexible, communicative and fun teachers who are comfortable teaching classes. Willing to have flexible hours is required. This position comes with a competitive pay and benefit package.* This job requires the operation of a 14 passenger bus once per day*

Requirements:

• 21 years or older


• 45 Hour School-Age College Course (Required)


• 45 Hour Growth and Development (Required)


• must be able to pass a thorough background check and clean driving record within 3 years

• $500 bonus following 90-day probationary period.
