Preschool Lead Teacher Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Meet all state preschool lead teacher requirements
  • Flexibility to work within business hours
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood or related field
  • Previous experience as a preschool lead teacher
  • Classroom management skills preferred
