Job summary

This traditional school-year position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current ADHS licensure, and a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card; driving may be required for travel between schools.

Qualifications

• AA/Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an approved training program as outlined by Arizona Revised Statutes.
• Current licensure from the Arizona Department of Health Services (A.D.H.S.).
• Must possess a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• A valid state driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in all appropriate CST, Section 504, MET, and IEP team meetings.
• Provide individual and group speech-language services as described in IEP and 504 plans.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain records.
