Responsibilities

• Safe Transport: Drive assigned routes on time while obeying traffic laws and school board regulations.
• Passenger Assistance: Help passengers board and exit, operate wheelchair lifts, secure belts or car seats.
• Vehicle inspections: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety checks.
• Behavior & Safety Management: Maintain calm environment and follow safety protocols.
• Communication & Logs: Keep mileage, attendance and incident logs; communicate with parents and staff.
