Lead Preparatory in Douglasville is seeking a part-time school bus driver to safely transport scholars to and from school. You will provide excellent customer service during boarding and disembarking and adhere to routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

The role requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, able to read maps or GPS, and delivering professional, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience as a bus/shuttle/delivery driver preferred.
• Ability to read maps or use GPS effectively.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school van to transport scholars to and from school.
• Assist scholars with boarding and disembarking while providing friendly service.
• Follow routes and schedules to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Adhere to traffic laws and maintain vehicle safety.
• Keep bus interior clean and sanitized; perform pre/post-trip checks.
• Communicate clearly with passengers, colleagues, and supervisors.
