Ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students, maintaining safety as the top priority. We are committed to safety, timely arrivals, and fostering a secure environment for children.

Training and Career Development

All applicants start as Drivers in Training, with comprehensive training to obtain necessary endorsements and learn company policies. Upon completion, they transition to full Non-CDL Driver roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate school buses or designated vehicles safely along fixed or variable routes.
• Exhibit high ethical standards and report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
• Arrive on time, maintain punctual routes, and assist passengers as needed.
• Assist in emergency evacuations and report accidents immediately.
• Follow company policies on passenger management and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and complete all required paperwork promptly.
• Utilize vehicle equipment safely, including wheelchair lifts and radios.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including responsibilities for Paratransit Drivers as applicable.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee drivers).
• Possess or be able to obtain valid state licenses and certifications.
• Meet physical and medical requirements, pass drug screening, and complete training.
• Practice defensive driving and adhere to all safety and legal requirements.
