Compensation and Benefits

Pay starts at $21.00/hr, effective 7/1/2024.

School Van Drivers shall receive an attendance bonus of $800 per school year for perfect attendance from the first to the last day of the school year. The accrual and payment schedule is as follows:

First day through September 30	$100.00	Jan 15th check
October 1 through October 31	$100.00	Jan 15th check
November 1 through November 30	$100.00	Jan 15th check
December 1 through January 15	$100.00	April 15th check
January 16 through February 28	$100.00	April 15th check
March 1 through March 31	$100.00	June 30th check
April 1 through April 30	$100.00	June 30th check
May 1 through End of the year	$100.00	June 30th check

Perfect Attendance Criteria

• No sick time used, including FMLA sick days
• Attendance at all mandatory meetings
• Arrive on time for all scheduled routes
• No unpaid time off

Absences due to personal days, work-related injuries, or jury duty will not count against perfect attendance.
