1. Arrange to pick up customers or groups on a regular schedule.
2. Check vehicle condition, including tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment.
3. Collect fares or vouchers, and issue receipts as needed.
4. Communicate with dispatchers via radio, phone, or computer.
5. Complete accident reports when necessary.
6. Operate vehicles safely, complying with traffic laws.
7. Drive shuttle buses, limousines, company cars, or private vehicles.
8. Follow safety regulations and ensure passenger safety.
9. Maintain knowledge of first aid procedures.
10. Report vehicle issues and malfunctions.
11. Operate specialized equipment like wheelchair lifts for passengers with special needs.
12. Perform errands such as delivering or picking up mail and packages.
13. Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled locations, following strict time schedules.
14. Assist passengers entering/exiting vehicles and with luggage.
15. Provide local area information to passengers.
16. Read maps and follow directions.
17. Record vehicle routes and report delays or incidents.
18. Test vehicle equipment for proper operation.
