Job Description for Part-Time School Bus Driver - Madison, WI

Position: Part-Time School Bus Driver

As a driver, you will play a vital role in your community by transporting students safely to and from school. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training with industry-leading technology.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Operating a split shift with early morning pickup and afternoon drop-off, with free hours in between
• Guaranteed 4-hour shifts per school day, with no night or weekend work unless desired
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available
• Starting wage of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience
• Sign-on bonus of $1,500
• Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) plans (benefits may vary by location)
