Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in business administration, public transportation or closely related field with two years in office management.
• Must possess valid state driver's license.
• Experience using student transportation routing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily activities of the Transportation Department and assigns workloads and schedules.
• Reviews subordinates' work for completeness and accuracy.
• Establishes and updates bus routes.
• Uses routing software to develop, optimize routes.
• Monitors drivers during daily assignments and responds to concerns.
• Investigates bus accidents and prepares reports.
• Ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Oversees maintenance of equipment and requisitions supplies.
