Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a high school diploma.
• Complete 20 hours of classroom instruction and pass a State Dept. of Education certification test.
• CDL with passenger, air brake and federal school bus endorsements are required.
• Background checks (SLED and DMV) and driving history reviewed for employment.

Responsibilities

• Join the Transportation Team to support student safety and education.
• Operate as a bus driver or monitor as assigned.
• Complete required training and certification tests for certification.
• Participate in on-the-road training and driving evaluations.
• Undergo physical assessment and annual drug screening.
