Qualifications

• Current CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ride bus route daily with driver and monitor student behavior.
• Attend safety trainings and staff meetings as required.
• Interact with students calmly; reinforce bus rules.
• Review bus rules with students and monitor behavior.
• Document behavior infractions in writing.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student behavior.
• Report irregular or dangerous behavior to transportation supervisor.
• Show caring, professional attitude toward parents, students, and staff.
• Perform related duties as assigned by transportation supervisor.
• Be able to react quickly to emergencies on the bus.
