Qualifications

• Must be a current student enrolled in CNC Machining or related program at BlueRidge Community College.
• On-site role with schedule flexibility to accommodate school commitments.
• Hands-on involvement in gearing and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in continuous improvement activities and TPM teams.
• Support Gearing team with manufacturing tasks and projects.
