Job summary

Ascend Rehab Inc. seeks a Part-Time Preschool Support Staff/Assistant to join our Little Miracles program in Livermore. You will support children with developmental and language needs, work with a team, and help implement educational activities in a caring setting.

The role requires 1 year of experience with young children, CPR, and ECE units. 8:30 AM–1:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, with a salary of $22–$26 per hour. Dental/insurance benefits not specified.

Ascend's Little Miracle Program seeks a Part-Time Preschool Support Staff/ Assistant to support our 'Little Miracles' Community Program in Antioch for children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and language and communication disorders. We seek a dedicated, passionate part-time aide who can work as part of a team to create a fun environment and incorporate educational activities that support our children's development.

Part-time - 22-25 hours a week (8:30 AM - 1:00 PM)

PREFERRED

• Experience working with special needs children
• Bilingual preferred (but not required)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

• 1-year minimum working with children ages 0-5 years old.
• CPR
• A minimum of 6 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units are preferred but can also be enrolled in or after starting.
• Must be comfortable with diaper changing and assisting staff in cleaning up for the kiddos
