Overview

Are you interested in providing ABA services to students in a local school district? If so, TACT is looking to expand its team placed in public schools, and you might be a great fit! We are currently looking to fill spots in several school districts and the schedule is generally 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (some variability among schools).

Role Details

Job Title: School Support Behavior Technician

Pay: $23-$27 per hour

Location: Dedham, MA

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct care to students in local school districts
• Direct implementation of behavior analytic therapy (e.g., Behavior Plan implementation, data collection, implementation of skill acquisition programs) under the direction of a BCBA and classroom teacher
• Interact with all stakeholders in a professional and dignified manner
• Accurate reporting of duties on your timesheet

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience working with children

Essential Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend at the waist
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to implement company related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.)
