Substitutes provide temporary support for teachers, aides, clerical staff, custodial personnel, and other school employees when regular staff are absent. Duties vary by assignment but may include supervising students, following lesson plans, and assisting with classroom operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to follow lesson plans and school procedures.
• Ability to maintain a positive, respectful, and professional atmosphere in classroom and school environments.

Responsabilités

• Follow lesson plans and supervise students.
• Assist with arrival, dismissal, and hallway supervision as assigned.
• Support teachers, aides, clerical staff, custodial staff and other school employees.
• Complete routine clerical tasks and basic support duties as needed.
