Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based contract to support K-12 students in their communication development. Work in a collaborative educational setting to help students reach their fullest potential.

You will assess, treat, and document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and partner with teachers, families, and administrators. A Master’s in SLP with CCC and state licensure is required, with opportunities for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active SLP-CCC certification required.
  • State licensure and school-based practice certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language therapy to a K-12 student population.
  • Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to develop and track intervention plans.
  • Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
  • Provide consultation and resources to teachers and staff related to communication disorders.
  • Facilitate small group and individual sessions tailored to students specific needs.
