Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP-CCC certification required.
• Idaho state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Proven proficiency in school-based SLP services, including IEP development and progress monitoring.
• Comfortable delivering therapy onsite and in virtual/teletherapy formats.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff.
• Experience with a range of ages and communication disorders within a school setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions, adapting activities to individual needs.
