Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Communication Disorders recognized by ASHA (M.A. or M.S.).
• ASHA CCCs or CF credential.
• State SLP license or actively pursuing one.
• Teaching certificate or eligibility to obtain, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnose communication disorders.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and collect data.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families.

Education

M.A. or M.S. in Communication Disorders recognized by ASHA

ASHA CCC’s or CF

State SLP License or in the process of applying for a License

Teaching certificate (if applicable) or ability to obtain
