Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. seeks a School Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and diagnose communication disorders and deliver evidence-based therapy in school-based settings. You will develop and implement IEP goals and monitor progress, working with teachers, families, and related service providers.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Communication Disorders (M.A./M.S.) required or in process of obtaining licensure.
  • ASHA CCCs or CF credentials preferred.
  • State SLP license or active pursuit of licensure required.
  • Teaching certificate (if applicable) or ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose communication disorders.
  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
  • Develop and implement IEP goals.
  • Monitor student progress and collect data.
  • Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families.

Education
