Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a Michigan school. The contract runs full-time, with a 8:00 am to 3:25 pm schedule and a start date of August 25, 2026, through June 18, 2027.

You will evaluate students, develop individual plans, and collaborate with teachers and staff to implement IEP goals, while serving as a case manager for documentation and compliance in a well-resourced setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• Experience working with K5-3rd grade students is a plus.
• Proficient in conducting evaluations and developing individualized plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students in a K5-3rd grade building, with a starting caseload of approximately 40-45 students (not to exceed 60).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new referrals and re-evaluations throughout the year.
• Maintain detailed service logs and manage caseload records accurately.
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding classroom interventions and accommodations.
• Participate in IEP and MET team meetings, contributing insights and expertise to facilitate student success.
• Serve as a case manager, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
