Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist to support schools near Eugene, Oregon. You will evaluate and treat students with speech and language needs, developing individualized plans and documenting progress in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will guide families, coordinate with educators, and provide expert care within an educational setting. A supportive advisory team is available to help you advance clinically while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations strongly preferred.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans designed to address individual student needs.
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions that foster communication growth and progress.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of student performance and treatment outcomes.
  • Partner closely with colleagues, educators, and related service providers to coordinate student care.
  • Inform and empower families, integrating them into the therapy process for optimal outcomes.
