Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 26/27 school year near Eugene, Oregon. This full-time role welcomes part-time applicants and both experienced SLP-CCC professionals and CF candidates.

You will collaborate with educational teams to help students meet communication goals and make a meaningful impact daily. The position emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, educational environment where you can advance your career while helping

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon speech-language pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience or interest in school-based settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Conduct screenings and maintain progress records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals.
• Support students in individual and group therapy, adapting strategies as needed.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings with expert recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid speech-language pathology license or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience or interest in working within a school-based setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:
