Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in the Boulder, CO area. This contract, full-time opportunity involves collaborating in supportive school settings and handling a diverse caseload across self-contained and resource classrooms.

You will lead IEP meetings, develop individualized plans, and provide direct and consultative services to promote communication and academic growth while working with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Credentials to serve as a Special Education teacher in Colorado.
  • Experience in school-based Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Proven experience handling IEP processes and documentation.
  • Strong commitment to student-centered practices and individualized interventions.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering direct and consultative services to students, supporting their communication and academic growth
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student progress
  • Documenting services, progress reports, and reporting outcomes as required
  • Maintaining compliance with state and school guidelines
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Appropriate credentials to serve as a Special Education teacher in Colorado
  • Experience within school-based Speech-Language Pathology preferred
