Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic educational setting near Golden, Colorado. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP-based therapy, and collaborate with teachers and families to maximize student communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for state licensure.
• Active or eligible state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship (for those newly graduated).
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and provide direct speech-language therapy.
• Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation per regulations.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support each student’s needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to promote student success.
• Provide education and resources to staff and families on speech-language development.

• Active or eligible state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology
