Job summary

Go Spindle is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite contract near Austin, TX. You will support middle and high school caseloads while also evaluating elementary students.

Ideal candidates hold an SLP-CCC, Master’s in SLP, and valid state licensure. You will collaborate with educators and families, develop IEPs, and contribute to student growth throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Current SLP-CCC certification.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility).
• Prior experience with school-age children and teens preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable managing a middle/high school caseload and elementary evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy services to students, addressing speech, language, communication, and social/emotional needs.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and evaluations for elementary students as needed.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student strengths and challenges.
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments.
• Provide resources, strategies, and training to staff and caregivers as appropriate.
