Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing in Portland, OR is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based travel assignments. You will evaluate students and provide and document therapy according to individualized plans.

Active licensure required; CCC-SLP preferred. Travel flexibility, benefits include health/dental/vision and 401(k). 40-hour work week with weekly pay.

Location: Portland, OR

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
