Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel assignment in Peyton, Colorado. The clinician will evaluate students and provide and document therapy services per care plan and physician orders.

Requirements include active SLP licensure in the state, CCC-SLP preferred, CPR, health certificate, and compliance with professional standards. Travel role offers weekly pay of $2,530 and about 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Must comply with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Active SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
