Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based evaluations and therapy services in assigned districts, including travel to Birmingham, Alabama.

The role requires licensure in the state, CCC-SLP is preferred, and current CPR. You will document plans of care and coordinate with school staff to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations as part of the school-based caseload.
• Provide and document therapy services in accordance with each student's plan of care and physician orders.
