Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a contract Speech Language Pathologist to support elementary through high school students in New Hampshire. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in collaboration with educators and families to help students achieve communication goals.

You will conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with teachers, parents, and special education staff to integrate therapy into the learning environment

Qualifications

  • Valid New Hampshire SLP license required.
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Preferred experience in school-based settings with diverse age groups.
  • Ability to manage a caseload across developmental stages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compassion, adaptability, and the ability to inspire student progress.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students referred for speech and language services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's needs and educational goals.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapy strategies into the learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and IEPs.
  • Provide support and guidance to teachers and families regarding best practices and resources for speech and language development.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute insights as a valued member of the educational team.
